Congratulation on Quantagonia Senior Technical Account Manager, Thomas Kleinert, winning the Ph.D. award of the German Operations Research Society for his dissertation on "Algorithms for Mixed-Integer Bilevel Problems with Convex Followers". The award took place on Wednesday at this year’s GOR conference in Karlsruhe.
